Kampmeeting is an annual gathering organized by Seventh-day Adventist Kinship International, bringing together members and allies in a celebration of unity, diversity, and shared experiences.

When should I arrive for Kampmeeting?

Programming starts in the evening of July7 with dinner served at 6pm. Please plan on arriving on Tuesday the 7th. Check-in will start at 3pm Tuesday afternoon.

Kampmeeting is open to all SDA Kinship members, families, friends and  allies who wish to participate in the festivities and connect with the larger community.

Kampmeeting offers a range of activities, including engaging workshops, insightful presentations by thought leaders from the LGBT+ thought community and allies.

Is accommodation/ lodging included with my registration fee?

Your registration fee covers the event, lodging and all meals for an all-inclusive experience. You only need to arrange your transportation to the event location.

Can I bring my family and friends to Kampmeeting?

Yes, you are welcome to invite your family and friends to join you at Kampmeeting. It is a wonderful opportunity for them to learn, support, and connect with LGBTIQA+ current and former Seventh-day Adventists, families, friends and allies.

Is there any financial assistance available for attending Kampmeeting?

Full or partial scholarships to help cover the admission fee only are available for qualified applicants. To apply, please complete the scholarship form, which includes a question about why financial assistance would make it possible for you to attend the 2025 Kampmeeting. Scholarships do not cover travel. If approved, you’ll receive a registration code by email from the Kampmeeting Team within a few days. For questions, contact us at info@sdakinship.org.
