LaBianca McMillan

LaBianca has over 30 years of professional experience in the field of public health, law enforcement and Management. As a black woman that has experienced poor care and treatment has dedicated her career with DAP Health to be an example in serving the community with Compassion, Respect and Kindness. She holds a MBA in Business Management that assist in the areas of her profession with executing excellent care, compassion with seeing and executing the servitude to the community and her colleagues. LaBianca serves under the direction of the Chief of Community Health and is the primary point of contact for the Community Health Division. LaBianca also supports 4 Directors and 9 managers/supervisors.
