Lamont Damon is a purpose-driven individual dedicated to the mission of understanding and empathizing with people, with the overarching goal of fostering connection, healing, and love. Hailing from the culturally diverse landscape of Southern California, Lamont is a social extrovert whose inherent nature is geared towards uplifting and encouraging those around him. Lamont has set his sights on continuing his education with the aim of obtaining a degree in Clinical Counseling. Throughout his life, Lamont has pursued knowledge and experience by attending seminars, reviewing research articles, and volunteering in counseling and mentorship programs. His extensive background in counseling techniques, particularly those fostering healing in spiritual, mental, and physical dimensions, reflects his profound interest in restoring strength to traumatized minds, especially among children, teenagers, and young adults. In his spare time, he volunteers at La Sierra University Kinship Sabbath School as a leader and is Co-Host of the Lamont N’ Leah Podcast.
